Students Connect with Aviation Industry Icon

January 25, 2008
- (ATLANTA, GA) - Approximately 150 Robinson students, faculty and staff formed part of the audience for the January 23 taping of a special edition of Georgia Public Television's Georgia Business Report. The program featured Frank Argenbright, chairman and CEO of Air Serv.

An aviation industry icon, Argenbright has built two separate corporations with nearly 5,000 employees serving airports, airlines and passengers. One of the nation's foremost entrepreneurs, he has overcome several personal and professional obstacles. He is a cancer survivor. His company also had the security contract for Logan Airport, when it was penetrated by the 9/11 terrorists.

According to Robinson Dean Fenwick Huss, "Affording students the opportunity to meet Frank is just one of many ways Robinson connects future business leaders with the leaders of today."

Following the actual taping of the program, students participated in a Q&A session with Argenbright, then attended a networking reception with Air Serv representatives and GPTV invitees, including those from Georgian Bank, underwriter for the program.
