Wesley J. Johnston, Ph. D.,  graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and is executive director of the CBIM.  He is a specialist in business-to-business marketing.  Prior to joining the faculty of Georgia State in 1991, he was associate professor at the University of Southern California, as well as Ohio State University, where he was selected as Marketing Professor of the Year.  He also served as visiting professor at the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration, the International Center for Public Enterprise Managers at Ljubljana University, and Korea University.  Wes has co-authored several books, has had articles published in major journals and is currently the editor of the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing.

Lawrence J. Marquit, Ph. D., graduated from Syracuse University and is CBIM director of planning and programs.  He is a specialist in leader behavior, executive education, and organization development and change strategies.  Before joining the center in 2000, he maintained a behavioral science consulting practice for Fortune 500 multinational corporations, small-to medium-sized businesses, and government agencies.  Larry is an author, consultant, lecturer and researcher.  He has conducted hundreds of business seminars and workshops and served on the faculty at the Graduate School of Business Management at the University of Phoenix and as a visiting professor at the Graduate School of Public Administration at Arizona State University.

Atul Parvatiyar, Ph. D., graduated from Banaras Hindu University in India and is managing director of the CBIM.  He is a specialist in relationship marketing and global account management and marketing.  Prior to joining the center in 2000, he was assistant professor of marketing at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and recipient of Emory's MBA Distinguished Educator Award.  Atul is internationally known as a researcher, educator and lecturer.  He has authored many scholarly articles and is co-editor of Research in Marketing. Atul currently serves on the editorial boards of the International Marketing Review and The International Journal of Customer Relationship Management.
