Executive
MBA Program

Executive MBA students, who all have ten years of managerial experience, take an international excursion while enrolled in the program. In the past, students have gone to Asia - Hong Kong and Japan - for two weeks. Next year, EMBA Director, Maury C. Kalnitz, hopes to take students to Latin America during their first year of studies and to Malaysia during their second year. While overseas, students get many opportunities to network with executives and to see how international companies operate.

"With our existing Asian and our recently announced Latin American trip - our focus is on businesses and business-to-business relationships. We get to meet with the executives there and major local company and government officials," Kalnitz said. "International management is a major focus of the EMBA program."

The goal of the Executive MBA progam is to develop the complete executive, according to Kalnitz, who emphasized that the program is structured to provide advanced management training without interrupting daily work responsibilities.
