Jérôme Caby, Ph.D., Professor, IAE de Paris

Biography
Jérôme Caby has been a faculty member at the Sorbonne University (Université de Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne) Paris  Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (I.A.E. de Paris)  for two years. Prior to that time, Dr. Caby was at the Montesquieu University in Bordeaux for seven years, and at Nancy Business School, Nancy University for three years. He is currently General Secretary of the French Management Society.

Dr. Caby is conducting research in corporate finance mainly on Corporate Governance, Shareholder Value Analysis and Family Business Management. He has published many papers in French specialised research reviews and written four books. He is a Managerial Editor at Pearson Education. He is monitoring research in corporate finance.

Dr. Caby teaches post-graduate classes at the Paris Institut d'Administration des Entreprises, and also in international programs co-developped by IAE and foreign universities such as Georgia State University, Ain Shams University (Cairo), Galatasaray University (Istanbul), and Senghor University (Alexandria).  He is in charge of the Master in Management Control and Auditing program at IAE.  He is fluent in English and has a good command of Spanish.
