Center for Excellence in Brand and Customer Management: Assistant Director

Dr. Denish Shah is an assistant professor of marketing and the assistant director of the Center for Excellence in Brand and Customer Management at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Dr. Shah has more than eight years of industry experience working with multinational corporations. His industry background, coupled with academic training in marketing, helps him focus his research on issues that link marketing to firm performance. Dr. Shah's research has been published in publications such as Journal of Marketing, Marketing Research, Journal of Retailing and Journal of Service Research. His paper (co-authored with Dr. Kumar) titled "Building & Sustaining Profitable Customer Loyalty in the 21st Century" consistently has ranked amongst the top 10 downloaded articles for Journal of Retailing in the last three years.
