How to Read an Academic Evaluation

Currently the Office of Undergraduate Academic Assistance (OUAA) uses a document called a "PACE" or academic evaluation to track students progress through the BBA degree requirements. Students are mailed a PACE upon acceptance to the university after their academic adviser has performed a transfer evaluation, or upon receipt of the students file from another college or the Student Advisement Center.

If you do not understand what you see on your academic evaluation, please first consult our How to Read an Academic Evaluation handout.

Requesting an updated evaluation
With approximately 5,500 students in the undergraduate BBA program, the OUAA cannot mail each student an updated evaluation at the conclusion of each term. However, students may request a copy be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service to the address on record by contacting their academic advisor (link) or requesting a copy in person in our lobby. Please note, PACE evaluations cannot be faxed or emailed due to federal privacy laws.
