The Master of Business Administration degree program is designed for individuals with work experience who aspire to organizational or entrepreneurial leadership positions. The program enhances general management abilities and provides an opportunity to place emphasis on a functional area of expertise. The primary objectives of the program are for students to develop and integrate:

  1. analytical skills for decision making that incorporate global, ethical and culturally diverse dimensions,
  2. skills in assessing organizational performance and developing approaches for improvement,
  3. leadership skills and
  4. interpersonal skills that contribute to teamwork.

The Flexible MBA program allows you to pursue a course of study in general management in 19 areas. Day, evening and Saturday courses are offered for both full- and part-time students. You plan your course schedule and degree timetable to fit your personal needs, and you can start in any semester.

The MBA degree is a structured program. Core and required courses in the fundamental areas of business form about two-thirds of the curriculum, with electives comprising the remaining courses. Students who do not have undergraduate degrees in business or who want broad business knowledge usually choose the MBA program, since it exposes them to all the functional areas of business.
